This is such a fab holiday outfit. Wear out for dinner or dress down with your flats and a giant hat for a cool floaty daywear look. The vest top has an elasticated hem so it sits nicely just above the waistband of the skirt. Then the skirt is a maxi length and also is elasticated at the waist. There are no pockets on the skirt as we didn't want to add any bulk, so it keeps it's slimline look.
