Delivery & Returns
Once we have received your order and your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation from us when your order has been dispatched. You will receive your order within 3-5 working days. The standard UK delivery charge is £5.99, parcels are sent by DHL and you will be notified when your parcel has been dispatched. You can return any item you are unhappy with for a refund. This should be done within 14 days from the date you received the item. Please fill out the card that was sent out with your order. The item is your responsibility until we receive it back, and therefore we suggest you send the item back using Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service. We can only accept returns of items that are unworn condition and have all their tags attached. So please check your item thoroughly before removing the tags. When trying your item on, please do not wear deodorant or perfume as this can mark the item and we cannot accept it back for a refund in an unsaleable condition.

If the item is faulty please accept our apologies. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of a faulty item. We will then advise you of the best way to return the item and arrange a refund or replacement. We will refund postage on faulty items.
Your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days of us receiving the item back, though please be aware, sometimes it may take longer to appear on your bank records.
